Policies

SHIPPING:

  • We ship daily from Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped before Tuesday.
  • Orders are picked and processed within 18 hours (except for weekends)
  • You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email once your package has been prepared for shipping
  • Couriers do not pick-up or deliver on weekends. This is not our policy, it is the way these businesses operate.
  • If there is an issue fulfilling your order, you will be contacted by email within 18 hours (except on weekends) to resolve it
    • Our online inventory is constantly updated, but can never be 100% perfect
  • We ship 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
    • With well over 10,000 orders shipped, less than a handful have EVER been lost by our carrier
    • Delivery times vary according to location & service level chosen by the customer
    • Flat rate shipping times:
      • NWT & Nunavut - 6-10 business days
      • BC - 4-5 business days
      • Alberta & Saskatchewan - 3-5 business days
      • Ontario & Quebec - 2-3 business days
      • Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland & Labrador - 3-5 business days
  • Once a package has left our facility, we cannot change delivery addresses and have zero control over delivery times
    • If a package has not arrived by the times stated above, please check the tracking information we sent upon shipment
    • If it is a day or two late, don't panic! It will most likely arrive imminently. If it is three or four days late, please contact us and we will launch an investigation with the shipper.
  • If we have made a shipping error, we will supply our customers with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to Scooters Canada and replacement product will be shipped once we have received the erroneous shipment.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  • Returns of used merchandise are absolutely not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearout are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that have been modified by Scooters Canada at the request of a customer cannot be returned or exchanged (i.e. bars cut to custom size)
  • If we have made a shipping error, we will supply our customers with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item to Scooters Canada and replacement product will be shipped once we have received the erroneous shipment.
  • If you have changed your mind on colour/model/size/etc the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will include a deduction for the initial shipping cost. For example, a scooter shipped within Ontario would typically cost about $18. The same item sent to BC, would typically be about $25.
    • Items returned for a refund must be back in our facility within 30 days.
    • Items returned outside of this time frame are eligible for store credit only.

WARRANTY:

Our primary goal is your total satisfaction with every purchase you make from Scooters Canada. 

While we focus on products built to withstand the rigours of prolonged use, it is inevitable that there will be product failures. Failures are not necessarily indicative of a product defect. Every manufactured good has limits in strength and durability and scooter riders are known to test these limits to the extreme.

Product failures that occur due to extensive use, severe impacts, wear and tear, improper installation, or lack of proper maintenance are not eligible for warranty. As always, we aim for fair and equitable solutions for our customers issues. Please understand that Scooters Canada does not decide the outcome of a warranty claim. The manufacturer/distributor is the ultimate arbiter of warranty claims.

  • Warranties are only applicable to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required to initiate any claim.
  • Customers are responsible for the costs involved with shipping a warranty item to the Scooters Canada.
  • Return shipping of replacement/repaired parts will be covered by Scooters Canada.

PRICE PROTECTION POLICY


At Scooters Canada, we focus on delivering value to our customers.

To that end, we will occasionally run sales or promotions that feature products at discount prices.

If you have purchased an item and it goes on sale within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us and we will happily refund you the difference between the sale price and the price you paid.

EXCLUSIONS: Our Price Protection Policy does not apply to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, or Boxing Week sale prices.
